Kayla Contratto serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Havasu Helping Girls (HHGI). A member of the organization’s founding Board of Directors, she served during the initial 2020–2025 term and was reappointed for the 2025–2030 term. As COO, Kayla plays a central role in translating HHGI’s mission into visible, community-facing action.

Her primary focus is outreach and engagement. Kayla leads event coordination, community partnerships, and public participation efforts, ensuring that HHGI maintains a strong, accessible presence throughout Lake Havasu City. From school-based distributions to public awareness events, she works directly with families, volunteers, and local organizations to expand the organization’s reach and impact.

Kayla’s educational background is in Criminal Forensics, providing her with a disciplined, analytical approach to operations and problem-solving. She brings a detail-oriented mindset to logistics, compliance, and program execution — qualities that are essential in managing inventory distribution, event coordination, and community resource efforts at scale.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Kayla is a small business owner in Lake Havasu City. Her entrepreneurial experience strengthens HHGI’s operational structure, budgeting awareness, and day-to-day management processes.

Within HHGI, Kayla is known for her steady leadership style and hands-on involvement. She ensures that programs are not only thoughtfully designed but effectively delivered. Her work helps bridge the gap between planning and real-world implementation — making sure girls and families in the community can easily access the resources and support HHGI provides.
