No-Cost Period Products (Monthly)

The No-cost Period Supplies Program provides residents and students of Lake Havasu City with free period products. You can customize the items that you want in the form below. All orders will be available for pickup at our Lake Havasu office (you will receive an email when your order is ready).

Recipients can make an order every month/cycle for more items.

For items like pads, tampons, and liners, you can select multiple absorbencies. To include an item/absorbency in your order, click on the checkbox to the left of the option’s picture and then use the +/- buttons to indicate the quantity needed for that absorbency. Leave the checkbox unclicked for any absorbencies you do not want.
