No-Cost Period Products (Monthly)

The No-cost Period Supplies Program provides residents and students of Lake Havasu City with free period products. You can customize the items that you want in the form below. All orders will be available for pickup at our Lake Havasu office (you will receive an email when your order is ready).

Recipients can make an order every month/cycle for more items.

For items like pads and tampons, you can select multiple absorbencies. Indicate the mix desired in the box provided and then enter the total amount requested in the quantity box at the bottom of each product section.
