Free Period Supplies Request

what are the requirements?

Currently, our period supplies request form is only open to those residing in, attending school in, or visiting Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

No age requirement. If you menstruate, you can place an order.

If there are multiple people in a household in need of period supplies, please complete a separate request for each person.

what qualifies as “in need”?

The program is not financially need-based. You don’t need to provide any proof of income. You can receive period supplies if you lack access to them, have difficulty obtaining them, or cannot afford them. For example, a teen that wants to make sure she has period products without relying on a parent or guardian to purchase them.

what if i haven’t had my first period yet?

Tweens & teens that haven’t had their first period yet can order a Period Starter Kit (click here). Once your periods begin, come back here and place a regular period supplies request.

What is included?

On the order page, you can specify the products that you would like. The options include pads, tampons, panty-liners, and feminine wipes. You can order a mix of products (for example, if you use tampons while at school and pads at home).

how many do i get?

You should order enough for one month (or one period). We have limited funding and inventory, so this allows us to help the most people every month. If you use six pads a day and your period lasts for five days, you should order 30-36 pads.

one-time or subscription?

When placing your order, you will have the option to make it a one-time order OR you can sign up for the monthly period supplies subscription. With the subscription, each month we will prepare and deliver your order again, with the same items and quantities. The subscription is still free and is available for as long as you need. Each month’s order will arrive on approximately the same day as your first order.

CAN I LINK MY PERIOD TRACKING / HEALTH APP DATA TO MY PERIOD SUPPLIES SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! Monthly subscription orders are normally processed and delivered once a month, on the same day each month. You can now link data from apps like Apple Health to your subscription. We will adjust your delivery dates based on your actual cycle! View the options and tutorials here.
