Activity: Pizza Dinner and Game Night
Event Info:
Free pizza dinner and game night! Come hang out and socialize with new and current friends. This activity will be held at a local restaurant in Lake Havasu City. The event location will be made available to attendees.
- You must sign up (RSVP) for this activity using the form below.
- Limited to 20 participants for each date.
- Participation is restricted to girls in the appropriate age range for each date.
- Please indicate food preferences and/or allergies on the registration form.
- Transportation to/from the event can be provided. Please indicate if needed on the sign up form.

Please make sure to select the correct date below. If you sign up but cannot make it to the event, please call us as soon as you know so we can open up your spot for another participant.
Please complete a separate signup form for each participant.
After completing this RSVP form, you will receive an email with the Participant Information and Parent/Guardian Release Form (form will be sent to the parent/guardian email). These forms must be completed for each participant, signed, and submitted prior to the event.
